$850 Per Room Enhance your home with a carefully curated selection of furniture, rugs, and decor just for your home. We take the hassle out of shopping for furniture & styling items for you home and arrange delivery for a seamless experience. This service is perfect for any home owner & a great solution for those with Air BNB or rental homes where you just want to get things done. What do I get for my $850 - In home consultation & view the room - We will measure & take a few photos of your room - Discuss on the spot what stays and what goes - Customised furniture & decor selection for your home (includes 2 revisions) - Sizing recommendations - Digital Sample Boards - Design Direction Guide - We do the shopping for you - Delivery to your door from third party suppliers eg. furniture stores. - Complete update on delivery lead times and updates In home placement & styling is not included but can be purchased for $170 per hr (min 1 hour) To find out more or book please email us contact@homeatelm.com.au PH: 0433 705 897 Please Note : a room is defined by its function, for example, open-plan living and dining will be treated as separate spaces. Please email us to enquire about discounted pricing for the entire home. Curating a design that’s unique to you requires sourcing and shopping from different suppliers, resulting in multiple deliveries that can be hard to keep track of. We will coordinate all your deliveries and keep you updated of the process. For furniture & heavy items you will need to have someone home to receive the delivery, however we will give you plenty of notice to so you can be organised. For smaller styling items, we will personally deliver them to your home. Please note that payment is required in advance at the time of booking any of our services. This enables us to confirm you booking date and time on the spot. If you need to change the date of your booked service we are only too happy to accommodate this request. We will invoice you once your package has been booked.
